All packages sent by The Cannabis Seedbank are insured against theft and damage. If a package does not arrive, we will first investigate the reason for this at the used postal service.
Almost all the products you find at The Cannabis Seedbank are available from stock so you’re assured of a quick and assured delivery. When we have processed your order you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. We will ship your order from the Netherlands. Deliveries within the Netherlands will normally be delivered within 2 business days after the entry of your payment. For all other countries within the European Union delivery can take up to 7 to 10 business days after the entry of you payment.
For shipping countries different rates apply depending on the destination. The shipping costs for other countries depend on the weight of the shipment and are displayed at the checkout of your order.
Items that do not meet expectations can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The term referred commences on the day after the delivery date. Every article has to be returned in its original condition, with the original tags and be sent to the return address in the original product packaging.

After this you will receive an email from us to confirm your request. When we receive your shipment you will receive an email as confirmation.
If the return item is to be replaced by another item we will send the replacement as soon as possible (if available).
If the article is sent return we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the returned item back to your account.
The Cannabis Seedbank does not cover the costs of sending returns. If you wish to exchange an item the shipment for this are at the customers own expense. Please make sure that there is sufficient postage on your return parcel. The Cannabis Seedbank will not cover any shipping costs for insufficient or non-paid postage.
